SJGS Students Impress on I-LEARN

Spring 2021 I-LEARN assessment results are in, and the results are very impressive for SJGS students. Our students outperformed all South Bend Catholic schools. We are so proud! Congratulations to all SJGS teachers and students for doing their best work in the classroom and on the assessments. Highlighted below are some notable proficiency statistics:

• • As a school (grades 3-8), SJGS was 80.6% proficient in English/language arts!
    • Last year’s 4th grade class was 91.8% proficient in English/language arts!
  • As a school (grades 3-8), SJGS was 82.2% proficient in math!
  • Last year’s 3rd grade class was 92.9% proficient in math!
    • Last year’s 5th grade class was 88.4% proficient in math!
  • As a school, SJGS was 85.8% proficient in science!
    • Last year’s 4th grade class was 89.8% proficient in science!
  • Last year’s 5th grade class was 93.0% proficient in social studies!
