Saint Joseph Grade School, a two-time National Blue Ribbon School, is the educational ministry of Saint Joseph Parish, a vibrant faith community of 1000 families in the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend, founded and stewarded by the Congregation of Holy Cross. SJGS serves over 480 students in preschool through 8th grade, with a mission of educating hearts and minds in the Holy Cross tradition, making God known, loved, and served.

SJGS is hiring for the following positions for the 2026-27 school year (updated October 6, 2026):

• Junior High Part-Time Instructional Assistant 
  St. Joseph Grade School is seeking a part-time instructional assistant to serve the Junior High teaching team.  Duties include clerical tasks to support teachers (copying, entering grades, etc.), tasks to support students (proctoring tests, providing make-up assignments, etc.), and occasional subbing or covering class periods during teacher absences. This is a part-time position of 10-12 hours/week, ideally three half days per week.
