Hello, Saint Joe families!
My husband Matt and I are excited to perform in the Lipsync With Our Stars event to raise money for the Center for the Homeless, and we humbly ask for your support!
The Center for the Homeless has served more than 60,000 men, women, and children right here in South Bend for the last 28 years, offering not only meals and beds but also adult education, job training, medical and mental health treatment, addiction counseling, and childcare. CFH’s Second Annual Lipsync With Our Stars will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn on Friday, November 10, and will feature a lineup of 14 guaranteed-to-please lip-sync acts (of which ours aims to be the best!).
Tickets are $75 each and include two drink tickets, dinner, and a show not to be missed!
Votes are $35 each, which provides one day of youth programming for one child. Whether you attend or not, you can purchase as many votes as you’re willing to give – no need to wait until Nov. 10!
There are also opportunities for sponsorship – Vinyl, Platinum, Grammy, and Presenting levels (details on the website). These also count towards Matt’s and my total, so please let me know if you or someone you know is interested!
We are also going to be collecting money for the CFH through our SJGS “Out-of-Uniform Day” on Friday, Nov. 10, and we’d be so grateful for a donation of any size! If you’d like to send a check to school, please make it out to the “Center for the Homeless.”
Thank you so very much for any and all support you can give – Matt and I have set our goal at $10,000 for this awesome local organization that helps so many of our neighbors in need. We can’t do it without YOU!
