The Home and School Association (HASA) is the parent/teacher organization. HASA encourages communication, involvement and financial support by sponsoring programs, activities and fund raising events during the year. Membership in HASA includes all school parents and faculty. Each spring we ask parents who have expressed interest to consider volunteering for the HASA Board. The role of the HASA Board is to coordinate all of the programs sponsored by the Home and School Association. Board members are asked to serve a two-year term.
All Saint Joseph School parents are expected to take part in some volunteer activity on behalf of the school. During the school's online registration process, HASA provides parents with the opportunity to list ways in which they wish to volunteer their time; there are endless possibilities, even for working parents. Parents are always welcome in the classroom and we urge parents to contact individual teachers and offer assistance when possible.
