Registration - All Strings Students Must Register

Registration deadline is September 10, 2012.

You may register your child or children these ways:

1. Attend (with your child) a brief and informative meeting in the BMR at the church Thursday, September 6 at 6:30 P.M. Please confirm attending this meeting by contacting Marian Miller(mmiller@burkhartadv.com) by Monday, September 3.

2. Ask for a registration form in the school office, complete the form and hand in at the front office (Mrs. Pelligrino)/ place in Mrs. Bradberry’s mail slot.

3. Print and complete registration form off website, hand in at the front office/place in Mrs. Bradberry’s mail slot in school office.

All Strings Practices begin week of September 10, 2012

Beginner Strings I and II: 1st - 4th Grade

Beginning Strings I : 1^st and 2^nd Grade Tuesdays 3:10-4:10 in the BMR

Beginning Strings II: 3^rd and 4^th Grade Thursdays 3:10-4:10 in the BMR

Note: Parents are invited to attend the Beginning Strings class either as observers or participants. Learn with your child and there is no extra fee.

Fees

$40.00 monthly – not considered a “per lesson” fee. Nine months total for year.

5% discount for advance payment for each semester ($152 for 1^st, $190 for 2^nd)

10% discount for advance payment of two semesters ($324 for 9 months)

Please make check payable to Martha Bradberry or Debbie Barker respectively.

Fees are due in full by the first Thursday of each month. There will be no adjustments

or refunds for absences. If your child misses classes, make up time will be provided.

The fee covers all books and materials, preparation and instruction time; additional lessons provided for students who need extra help; programs and the preparation time and extra rehearsals for programs.

Obtaining your child’s instrument

Your child needs to be present for rental in order to be fitted correctly for his/her instrument.

Please request a salesperson who has been trained to fit Mrs. Bradberry’s students: she has specific fitting guidelines and preferences.
